The Ton Spring Release Day 4

Love you more than donuts!!! Yummmm….donuts! Welcome to Day 4 of the Ton Spring Release! I have a weakness for donuts. A Dunkin’ Donuts just opened by near me and I got those donuts on opening day! Absolutely delicious. So, if I love you more than donuts, that means something!

The Donut Bar clear stamps comes with many, many variations of donuts that you can stamp. And I decided to stamp them in Warm Hazelnut Dye ink so that I can do some no-line copic coloring. I really wanted to make them as delicious as possible, haha!  So all my donuts here are colored in copic colors, but for the chocolate ones, I stamped the fudge provided in the stamp set in Aspen Cocoa Dye. The stamp set also provided sprinkles too, but I was too lazy to heat emboss those on, so I actually added my sprinkles with a white gel pen.

I cut out my donut pieces with a 3/4″ hole punch. It was just the perfect size for these little donuts, and some of them with a 1/4″ hole punch in the center. I kept one of the donuts to be used for my sentiment, but I threw the remainder in to my shaker!

I used the new Donut Print Background, stamped in Rose Quartz, to create a light patterned background. I die cut the stitched heart, single foam taped around it, and threw in my donuts and some sequins from the Don’t Make Me Blush Couture Mix that matched my pink theme going on here!

The sentiment was stamped on a piece of pink card stock, trimmed to a strip, and adhered to my card with a donut in place of the word “donut”. Lastly, I added the cat from my our last release Love and a Cat cause his expression could not be more fitting! That’s a look of love…..for donuts. Are you hungry yet?
